General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to the use of our webshop and to all orders placed in connection with our webshop.
Orders
A minimum age of 18 years applies to orders in our webshop.
The presentation of the products in our webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking on the "Order now" button, customers place a binding order for all products listed on the order page.
After receiving the order, we will confirm it by e-mail to the customer address provided. Customers are obliged to file the order confirmation with themselves. The purchase contract is only concluded with the order confirmation.
Orders can primarily be placed via the webshop. In exceptional cases, orders can also be placed by telephone, e-mail or order card. In this case, we must receive a copy of the personal order card.
The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information relevant to the order, such as image number, product type, product format, number of products, etc. Orders that have already been placed cannot be subsequently adjusted or canceled, even if the information is incorrect, and no money can be refunded.
If a paid order cannot be delivered for reasons for which we are responsible, we will refund the customer the full amount paid. The customer is not entitled to compensation for any further damages.
Prices
The product prices quoted in the webshop are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value added tax (CHE-101.409.898).
So-called delivery costs for processing, packaging and shipping are charged in addition to the product prices. The delivery costs are displayed to the customer during the ordering process. There are no further costs or taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs at any time. The product prices and delivery costs published in the webshop on the order date apply to customers.
Terms of delivery
We deliver our products exclusively to customers and delivery addresses in Switzerland.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery period is a maximum of 10 working days from receipt of the order. For orders placed between Christmas and New Year and in July, the special delivery times published in the webshop apply.
If the planned delivery deadline cannot be met, the customer will be informed at the latest after the planned delivery deadline has expired. If no information is provided, the customer shall be entitled to waive the delivery. Products already received or shipped at the time of the waiver must be returned to us at the customer's expense.
If not all products ordered are available, we are entitled to make partial deliveries.
If the delivery for an order does not reach the customer within the above-mentioned delivery periods, the customer is obliged to inform us immediately so that the tracking of the order and delivery can be arranged. If we are notified late of the non-arrival of a delivery, we are not obliged to make a replacement delivery and the customer is not authorized to waive the delivery.
Should the delivery of the products fail through the fault of the customer despite three delivery attempts, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded less the delivery costs.
The carrier shall be liable for product damage incurred during shipment and for shipments lost during shipment. Accordingly, any claims in this connection must be asserted by the customer directly against the carrier. In this context, we assign all claims against the carrier to the customer.
Terms of payment
Payment can be made with Mastercard, Visa, PostFinance Card, PostFinance e-finance or Twint. Twint and card payments are processed by a leading payment management partner company with the highest security standards.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within ten working days of receiving the products. The revocation must be communicated to our customer service in writing. The relevant coordinates can be found at the end of these General Terms and Conditions. The time of dispatch of the revocation is decisive for compliance with the deadline. It is not necessary to give reasons for the revocation.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal leads to the conversion of the purchase contract into a reverse transaction relationship, according to which the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. The customer must return the products received with the original packaging to us within ten working days of the declaration of withdrawal. The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of the products, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer immediately. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the purchase price to be refunded for possible damage or excessive wear to the products. We may withhold the refund until the products have been received back or until the customer has provided proof that he has returned the products, whichever is the earlier.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for digital content.
Warranty and guarantee
We carry out orders professionally and with great care. All products are subject to strict quality control by qualified employees before dispatch. This ensures that our products comply with the warranted characteristics and have no defects that could impair their value or suitability.
The customer must inspect the delivered products as quickly as possible and report any defects immediately. The coordinates of the responsible customer service department can be found at the end of these general terms and conditions. Otherwise, the products shall be deemed approved.
Reported defects can only be recognized if they relate to technical defects in the products manufactured by us. In this context, no warranty can be given in particular for color changes due to the effects of light. In addition, the formats of the products supplied may differ slightly from the formats stated in the webshop.
We can adapt our range and production techniques at any time. Product and color consistency for orders placed at different times cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons. Likewise, color consistency cannot be guaranteed for images printed on different substrates.
We reserve the right to rectify an existing defect or deliver defect-free products in the form of a repair or replacement delivery. If rectification or replacement delivery fails, or if we waive rectification or replacement delivery, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply to insignificant defects. The customer has no right to a reduction in price.
If we are only notified of defects after a period of ten working days from receipt of the products, we are no longer obliged to repair or replace them. In this case, customers will not receive a replacement delivery.
The products we supply are manufactured using state-of-the-art technology and meet high quality standards. Nevertheless, the products must be handled with care. In particular, warranty claims are void if the product is exposed to excessive light or sunlight, high temperatures, moisture, etc., unless the product (e.g. printed photo mug) is expressly intended for this purpose.
Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Hochdorf/LU.
