Processing of customer data

By placing an order with Creative Foto AG, the customer consents to the processing and use of their personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. Only customer data that is necessary for the execution of the orders is collected. We process customer data for the duration required for the respective purpose. Once the order has been completed, we restrict data processing until the statutory archiving obligations have expired. Storage of school photos
We have been commissioned by a school or teacher to create school photos and offer them for sale in our webshop as part of our general terms and conditions. The photos displayed in the webshop are stored in a protected archive of a partner company with the highest security standards, which is not accessible to the public. The archive is located in Germany. The archive is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access and misuse by third parties. Access to the personal photo gallery is only possible with the personal code printed on a personal order card. The photos are used exclusively for the production of photo products for orders placed by authorized persons (schools, persons photographed and legal guardians). The photos will be deleted after a period of three years. We can delete photos at any time on request. Online order / repeat order
If you wish to order photos, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we require for the processing of your order. Mandatory information required for the processing of contracts is marked separately, further information is voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. For this purpose, we may forward your payment data to our house bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. Due to commercial and tax law requirements, we are obliged to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. However, we restrict processing after (two years), i.e. your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.
